How many times do you get up in the morning and figure that you’d rather do anything else besides exercise? For so many reasons including many health and physical benefits it is important to make exercise a permanent part of your weekly regime. So how do you deal with those ugly morning blues? I sat on the spin bike with a friend of mine on Monday morning and she commented how hard it is sometimes to come to gym when it would be so much easier to go out for coffee or do anything else instead. We both decided that a great strategy to get you out and moving, is to have your exercise clothes out and ready to put on in the morning. Once they are on it almost commits you to doing your exercise. So if you are a morning exerciser get your gear on first thing and get moving. How much better do you feel after you have done some form of physical activity???
