 At this time Slim Secrets does not deliver to addresses outside Australia.


How much is shipping?

AUSTRALIA - Flat rate cost of $10 applies for orders under $100. We offer FREE delivery for orders over $100.
 

Can I pick up my product?

We do not offer a pick up service.

 

How long does Australia wide shipping take?

What if it’s hot weather?

If the weather is warm we will send your chocolate in insulated protection or with ice packs which should keep it in good shape in most conditions. Please make sure you don’t leave your chocolate somewhere warm (like in the car or outside somewhere) for too long after it is delivered. We recommend that you have your order delivered somewhere like an office - unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any melting or spoilage.

Returns

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. This can be done in writing to:

If you fail to do so you shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by you to us at the Return Address below.

You will be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

We ask that you pack the item securely using the original packaging to return the goods and send it with the delivery note.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for items that have been opened. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an “as new” condition.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.

As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price for that item.
