Shipping & Returns


Orders are despatched  Monday-Friday. Unless we tell you prior to you placing your order, your order will usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Any orders received on weekends will be despatched the following Monday.

If an item is unavailable for shipment on receipt of your order, we will contact you immediately before processing the remainder of your order.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been despatched.



Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Products cannot be delivered to P.O Boxes.


Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship to selected overseas countries using DHL. 


How much is shipping?

AUSTRALIA - Flat rate cost of $10 applies for orders under $100. We offer FREE delivery for orders over $100.

INTERNATIONAL - Our delivery charges are based on weight and are calculated at checkout.

Under 2kg - $20 

2kg - 5kg - $35 

5kg - 10kg - $50

Over 10kg - $100


Can I pick up my product?

We do not offer a pick up service.


How long does Australia wide shipping take?

Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days from payment except WA or regional areas where it can take up to 7-10 business days depending on location. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery. 


How long does International shipping take?

Delivery usually takes no less than 10 business days from despatch depending on location. However in some cases your order may get held up at customs for reasons beyond our control or the control of DHL. We do our best to ensure prompt delivery and will ensure we keep you regularly updated. 


We know that you’re going to love our healthy and delicious products the second they arrive at your door. In addition to any rights and remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law, we offer the following returns policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied in any way with an item you have received, please Contact Us within 7 calendar dates of receipt. Returns can be made once authorised by Customer Service.

Our site is aimed at customers who have already purchased and experienced the product. If you have ordered the wrong product, then you can still return it for an exchange but please note that the items must be unopened and unused and you will have to bear postage costs.

We are happy to refund postage costs if the item is defective or sent due to our error.
In order to process your returns as quickly as possible, all returns must include:

  • Name and address;
  • A copy of your delivery note or your order number;
  • Reason for return.

Please ensure all items are packed securely to prevent any damage in transit. We also suggest sending via registered or insured post so the parcel can be traced.


    We pride ourselves on being able to have your order dispatched within 24 hours, with most orders sent prior to that.

    You can request to cancel your order through Contact Us within 2 hours of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order, packing and dispatch will already have taken place.
