Choc Caramel Cookie Nests

Preparation time: 25 mins plus 1 hour refrigeration



1 cup of rice puffs
2 packs Slim Secrets Choc Love Bites Salted Caramel 
1/4 cup brown rice malt syrup


60g light /or vegan cream cheese
70g refrigerated canned coconut cream (solids only, can use thick coconut yoghurt)
1 scoop chocolate hazelnut protein @macr0mike 1tbs (15g ) almond butter
1 tsp vanilla

20g Dark Chocolate


  1. Refrigerate your can of coconut cream overnight or place it in the freezer for a few hours prior to starting your nests!
  2. Line a muffin tin with glad wrap or use silicon muffin cases. You’ll need to press firmly so you’ll want to use a metal tin.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl with the rice malt syrup, being careful not to burn it. Combine your chocolate and rice puffs together. This mixture will become incredibly sticky – so avoid a hot mess use some olive oil spray on your hands to help press the mixture into the tins. You should get about 7-8 nests depending on how tall you make them. Place the tray in the fridge while you start your cheesecake.
