Our range of Protein Puds with chia are gluten-free and have over 10g of protein, 4g of fibre, and are lower in calories than other desserts so you can feel good about eating them. Not only do they have a creamy and indulgent taste, but they are low in fat, naturally sweetened and are a good source of calcium and fibre to help you feel fuller for longer and keep your bones strong and healthy.

Our Protein Puds with chia comes with a spoon and do not require refrigeration... so they are a perfect on-the-go snack for in between meals, pre/post workout or as a dessert! You can even bump up the nutritional value by adding any mix of fresh fruits, coconut or seeds.
