Hello Slim Secrets Fans,

Hopefully by now you have been able to try one of the amazing snacks by Slim Secrets! If you haven’t, you are seriously missing out on all the delicious flavours, packed full of protein, high in fibre, low in sugar and wheat and gluten free! Slim Secrets bars and shakes are my “go to” snack and I carry a bunch of them around with me wherever I go, keeping my metabolism stoked and repairing my body with muscle building protein.

Once I find a healthy snack that fits in with my lifestyle, I usually end up eating it everyday, however come up with new and innovative ways to enjoy the product. With all the great Slim Secrets products available, I have come up with 5 different ways you can enjoy them, especially when you are craving sweets or want something that looks like a dessert, but is actually a healthy option!

All you need is your favourite Slim Secrets snacks and a bit of creativity!

Gooey Chocolate Nut Lava

Make it: Using either the Mintabolim Boost or Afternoon Snack Attack Bar, break it into small pieces in a bowl and pop it into the microwave for 10 – 30 seconds (depending on how melted you want it to be). Take it out and pop in some natural almonds, pecans and pistachios. Make sure the chocolate covers everything and enjoy! This is delicious on a cold night when you want a warm chocolate bowl (filled with protein and healthy fats!)

White Chocolate Berry Bowl

Make it: Using the Night Time Binge Buster Bar, follow the same directions as the Gooey Chocolate Nut Lava recipe, however once you take it out of the microwave, dip fresh strawberries or raspberries into the white chocolate, then eat the remaining bits of the bar. So yummy!

Creamy Cookie Delight

Make it: Using the Designer Choc Chip Cookie, heat it in the microwave until is nice and warm. Immediately top the cookie with a scoop of low fat greek yoghurt (or for something special), a scoop of low fat ice-cream. Top the ice cream with crushed natural nuts and a sift on some cocoa.

Chocolate Banana Protein Thickshake

Make it: Using the Heavenly Chocolate Protein Shot, tip the contents into a blender with lots of ice cubes, water, banana and a few drops of chocolate essence. Blend until mixed and enjoy!

Tasty Trail Mix

Make it: Using the Choc Mint Chip Fit Balls and the Wanted! Less than 100 Calorie Bars, cut them into pieces and combine with natural nuts, blueberries, sunflower seeds, unsalted popcorn etc in a bowl. Separate the mixture into zip lock bags and enjoy this trail mix at work or even in the car when you are feeling hungry.
