Diets, Diets, Diets!

Since New Year we are bombarded with so many new diets, diet shakes, meal replacements,detoxes and more. Yes it is true that so many of us use New Year to make our resolution to get fit and healthy and or lose weight. However I still believe that it is important to eat 3 real meals where ever possible with a couple of healthy snacks in between. Our busy lifestyles don’t always allow this but it is important to make “me” time and fit these in together with some exercise. A healthy lifestyle is NOT a diet as a diet is usually only temporary.
