3 Slim Secrets Bare Bars – Salted Caramel & Banana (chopped into small pieces)
12 pitted dates soaked in water and drained
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cup rolled oats
1 pinch of salt
- Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes
- Drain the dates leaving 2 tablespoons of water to add to the mixture
- Microwave the chopped Salted Caramel Bare Bars for 20 seconds until they soften.
- Blitz all the ingredients until mixture is sticky
- Roll into 12 balls and further roll balls into desiccated coconut
- Refrigerate to harden.
