Salted Caramel Bliss Balls

3 Slim Secrets Bare Bars – Salted Caramel & Banana (chopped into small pieces)
12 pitted dates soaked in water and drained
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup cup rolled oats
1 tbs honey
1 pinch of salt


  1. Soak the dates in boiling water for 5 minutes
  2. Drain the dates leaving 2 tablespoons of water to add to the mixture
  3. Microwave the chopped Salted Caramel Bare Bars for 20 seconds until they soften.
  4. Blitz all the ingredients until mixture is sticky
  5. Roll into 12 balls and further roll balls into desiccated coconut
  6. Refrigerate to harden.
